Meet Our Team

Here at Rahma Hospice and Palliative Care, each member of our team plays a vital role in the care we provide to every patient and family we serve. Our dedicated and compassionate team is not only licensed, insured, and bonded but also deeply committed to offering the highest quality of care to meet each patient’s needs. Our staff includes:

Primary Care Nurse

Our nurses work alongside physicians, healthcare providers, and family members to coordinate the patient’s care plan. They focus on symptom management, and educating the family on how to care for their loved one.

Physician Services

Alongside the patient’s attending physician, our hospice medical director and physician team help manage complex conditions and disease-related issues to ensure the patient’s comfort and well-being.

Social Worker

Our social workers provide emotional support, counseling, and assistance with navigating legal, insurance, and funeral arrangements, offering guidance and comfort throughout the end-of-life process.

Therapists

When necessary, our licensed therapists provide essential therapy services to help patients maintain their quality of life as prescribed by their physician.

Volunteers

Compassionate and empathetic, our volunteers offer companionship, support, and a caring presence to both patients and their families, providing comfort and emotional reassurance.

Dietary Counselor

Ensuring nutritional needs are met, our dietary counselors work closely with patients and families to provide guidance on maintaining a suitable diet for the patient’s condition.

Chaplains:

Muslim Chaplain (Imam Coordination)
Rahma offers faith-sensitive spiritual support for Muslim patients and families. Upon request, we can coordinate visits and guidance with a Muslim chaplain or local Imam, helping patients and families find comfort through prayer, Islamic teachings, and end-of-life support—while honoring modesty, dignity, and family involvement.

Spiritual Counsellor:

Spiritual Counselor Support
Rahma provides compassionate spiritual support to help patients and families find peace and comfort during serious illness. Upon request, our Spiritual Counselor offers faith-sensitive guidance for Muslim patients and families—supporting prayer needs, reflection, and emotional healing, while honoring Islamic values and end-of-life traditions.

Faith-Sensitive Care for Muslim Patients & Families
We understand end-of-life care has deep spiritual meaning in Islam. Rahmah provides hospice services that support Muslim families with respect and understanding, while maintaining clinical excellence.

We support Muslim families with:
